Looking for the best Eureka Springs Bed and Breakfast? Located in the beautiful Ozarks of Northwest Arkansas, you will find Arsenic and Old Lace Bed and Breakfast Inn, a gorgeous modern Queen Anne Victorian mansion that will exceed expectations. The Inn perfectly combines old world luxury and beauty with all the modern amenities of a 5-star hotel.

A walk through the front doors will transport you into a beautiful world of stained glass windows that allow the walls to be bathed with vibrant, warm light throughout the Inn. Original artwork, antiques and crystal chandeliers add to the class and elegance for which Arsenic and Old Lace Bed and Breakfast Inn is known.

“The Inn is a Victorian styled home built in the Queen Anne style, complete with turret and sweeping verandas,” began Rob Fryman, who with his wife, Brenda, owns Arsenic and Old Lace Bed and Breakfast Inn. “It is a threestory home with five guest rooms, all featuring fireplaces and their own unique style and decor. Depending upon the room, there are assorted freestanding tubs, air jetted tubs, and spa-like showers. Some rooms have private balconies, a treetop view, or private patio. Two of the rooms are designated dog friendly.”

The Inn was named after the 1944 Frank Capra film starring Cary Grant, Arsenic and Old Lace. The original owner was a huge fan and enjoyed having fun with guests and wanted a name that would stand out and draw attention.

This award-winning bed and breakfast offers numerous packages for guests to help simplify their stay. You can stay connected with friends and family with free WiFi that is accessible in all five of their luxurious guest rooms as well as the public spaces. Or you can just get away from it all and enjoy the solitude and breathtaking surroundings of this Ozark retreat.

When Rob and Brenda first came to Eureka Springs, they knew they had discovered a very special place. “We came to Eureka Springs on our first date weekend 33 years ago,” Rob said. “We have lived all over the country but have been back every year since. No matter where we lived, we have made it a point to visit each year. We were married at Thorncrown Chapel here, so Eureka has always been a favorite place of ours and it is as if we have come full circle moving here.”

Rob and Brenda have been married for 32 years and have two grown children. Both are from Missouri and graduated from Missouri State University. “After over 60 combined years in retail management, we realized we were too energetic and young to fully retire so we decided to explore a passion as our next adventure in life together,” Rob noted.

Every aspect of Arsenic and Old Lace Bed and Breakfast Inn has been honed to pamper and please the guests. Like their legendary breakfast—Rob and Brenda go far beyond the perfunctory muffins and fruit.

“Our 3-course breakfast is made from scratch daily,” Brenda said. “We rotate from sweet to savory and offer an array of breads, assorted fruit dishes, and main courses ranging from traditional quiche to more eclectic like breakfast tacos or Italian skillet entrees.”

Arsenic and Old Lace Bed and Breakfast Inn is a simply charming travel destination, in fact MSN Lifestyle recently awarded them as the Most Charming Inn in all of Arkansas! They are conveniently located just two blocks from the Eureka Springs historic district, shops, restaurants, and art galleries. They’re near the Eureka Springs Passion Play and the many other fantastic things to do in Eureka Springs.

And if you are looking for a location for your wedding, look no further! There is

absolutely no doubt about it, Eureka Springs weddings are both magical and unique. And nobody understands that better than Rob and Brenda who chose this idyllic town nestled in the Ozarks for their own wedding.

“We offer an intimate setting for very small weddings and wedding parties,” Brenda said. “We will handle as many of the wedding details as you want. We can accommodate up to 15 additional guests at our Eureka Springs wedding venue. Most couples choose a garden ceremony. However, there are other settings available. We have several wedding packages and are always happy to tailor something especially for you. We host numerous weddings each year and provide both civil and religious ceremonies.”

Rob and Brenda love having the inn and find it even more rewarding than their previous positions in retail management. “Working in retail management allowed us to always engage with people,” Rob said. “But running the inn allows us to slow down and really get to know them. Our guests are the greatest asset we have and we are appreciative of their support and love for the Inn. We have guests who have been coming yearly since it opened so we want to keep the tradition alive and deliver the level of service they are accustomed to.”

Rob and Brenda want everyone to know that they are welcome and wanted. “There are a lot of great Inns in Eureka Springs,” Rob said. “But we want to be the best when it comes to our level of service and standards. We pride ourselves on the quality of hospitality and service we provide. This is our home and we want everyone to feel welcome and comfortable.”

Arsenic and Old Lace Bed and Breakfast Inn is the perfect bed and breakfast for a weekend getaway, an intimate wedding, traveling with a pet, or a last minute romantic escape. Let the experience soothe your senses. Your only job will be to relax and enjoy yourself.
