BELLA VISTA — Lisa Lea Hayworth,

age 58, of Bella Vista, Ark., passed away Friday, November 24, 2023, at her home.

She was born January 20, 1965, in Rogers, Ark., the daughter of Carl and Phyllis (Arnold) Hayworth.

Surviving are two sons, Haskell Fuller and his wife Sonia of Bentonvill­e, Ark., and Edgar Fuller and his wife Cinthia of Gravette, Ark.; one daughter, Jo Mead of Bella Vista, Ark.; two brothers, Roy Hayworth and his wife Debbie of Avoca, Ark., and Donald Hayworth and his wife Donetta of Seligman, Mo.; three sisters, Joyce Beck and her husband Leonard of Purdy, Mo., Connie Severs of Purdy, Mo., and Dorothy Baggett of Seligman, Mo.; and four grandchild­ren.

Preceding her in death were her father, Carl Hayworth; an infant daughter, Melissa Kaiser; and one brother, Ronald Hayworth.

Lisa attended school in Bentonvill­e, Ark. She was employed as a cook at the Waffle Hut in Rogers, Ark., and the Short Stop Grill in Garfield, Ark., and worked as a waitress at Connie’s Cafe in Washburn, Mo. Lisa enjoyed camping and attending the Beck Reunion to call bingo. More than anything she loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchild­ren.

Services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, November 29, 2023 at Fohn Funeral Home in Cassville. Brother Tony Ball will conduct the services. Burial will be at Washburn Prairie Cemetery in Washburn, Mo.

The family will receive friends from 5-6 p.m. Tuesday at Fohn Funeral Home in Cassville.
