GIRLS FARMINGTON 73, JONESBORO 26

Farmington outscored Jonesboro 31-5 in the first quarter and cruised to a win in the First National Bank Shootout in Paragould on Friday night.

Reese Shirey poured in 20 points, while Marin Adams chipped in 12 for Farmington (9-1). The Lady Cardinals, who led 53-11 at halftime, will face Little Rock Christian at noon today.

GENTRY 57, WESTVILLE, OKLA. 25

Shelby Still scored 16 of her 19 points in the first half and propelled Gentry to a runaway victory over Westville during the Colcord (Okla.) Tournament.

The Lady Pioneers pulled away in the second quarter, when they outscored Westville 19-5 and stretched a nine-point lead into a comfortabl­e 34-11 halftime cushion. Gentry led 52-17 after three quarters.

Still was the only player in double figures for the Lady Pioneers, who had 10 different players score.

SILOAM SPRINGS 44, VICTORY CHRISTIAN (OKLA.) 36

Siloam Springs outscored Victory Christian 18-4 in the third period to take a 3525 lead going into the fourth quarter in the Jerry Oquin Invitation­al in Inola, Okla.

The Lady Panthers led 12-10 after the first quarter but trailed 21-17 at halftime.

Morgan Jones led Siloam Springs with 17 points, while Emily Keehn had 11.

BOYS OZARK CATHOLIC 74, THADEN SCHOOL 34

Ozark Catholic set the tone early with a 22-10 lead after one quarter and rolled to a 1A-1 West Conference victory over Thaden School.

Simeon Spencer had 19 points and Shep Newcomb 18 for Ozark Catholic, which extended its lead to 37-15 at halftime and outscored Thaden 30-14 in the third quarter for a 67-29 cushion. Sam Lee led the Barnstorme­rs with 14 points.

Ozark Catholic will return to action with a noon game today against Hot Springs Lakeside during the Bad Boy Mowers Cardinal Classic in Farmington.

FAYETTEVIL­LE CHRISTIAN 63, COOKSON HILLS CHRISTIAN 33

Joseph Gonzalez had 21 points to lead Fayettevil­le Christian players in double figures in a Heartland Christian Athletic Associatio­n game over Cookson Hills Christian in Kansas, Okla.

The Eagles (13-0, 4-0) blew the game open with a 23-6 run in the second quarter and turned a nine-point lead into a 41-15 halftime cushion. Fayettevil­le Christian led 49-19 after three quarters.

Justus Osbon added 15 points and Jaheem Campbell 14 for Fayettevil­le Christian, while Parker Hedman had 17 rebounds for the Eagles.

FARMINGTON 79, VILONIA 71

Jaxon Berry scored 28 points and grabbed six rebounds to lead the Cardinals to a win over the Eagles on Friday.

Layne Taylor added 23 points, 9 assists and 7 rebounds, and Samuel Kirkman had 21 points for the Cardinals.
