SHEPHERD’S CHRISTMAS CAROL A Shepherd’s Christmas Carol is the Shepherd of the Hills Homestead’s take on Dickens’ classic A Christmas Carol, including characters from its beloved Shepherd of the Hills production. The story unfolds with Ollie Stewart, years after the heartbreak of losing his sweetheart, Sammy Lane, to his old friend, young Matt Matthews. Mandy Ford, Uncle Ike, and the rest of the neighborhood attempt to include Ollie in their Christmas festivities. Join in the laughter as they try to remind an incorrigible Ollie Stewart of the true meaning of Christmas and the essence of friendship. Bring the whole family and enjoy this dinner-theater format through Dec. 25 at Shepherd of the Hills Playhouse Theatre.
ELVIS LIVE! AND THE BLACKWOODS! CHRISTMAS SHOW Elvis’s cousin Jerry Presley, renowned for his performances as Elvis, is combining forces with the singing Blackwoods family for a joint extravaganza billed as Elvis LIVE! and the Blackwoods! Christmas Show. The God and Country Theaters are excited to announce Elvis’ favorite group, The Blackwoods, will be joining The Elvis LIVE Shows this year. The Blackwoods are world renowned vocalists and singers and are sure to add another layer of that Elvis connection to the show. God & Country Theater is an intimate, live entertainment venue that is located on W. 76 Country Blvd. and situated in the heart of Branson’s famous entertainment district.
