BOYS SPR. HAR-BER 64, BENTONVILLE 52
Har-Ber used a 15-2 run to close out the game and take the victory over Bentonville in Tiger Arena and remain unbeaten in league play. Hayden Wood hit two free throws to give the Wildcats (17-1, 4-0) a 51-50 lead with 2:54 remaining, then Courtland Muldrew added four straight points to make it 55-50 with 1:34 left.
Elijah Wilhelm’s bucket at the 1:04 mark pulled Bentonville (10-8, 2-2) within three, but Muldrew ran off seven straight points before Jaxon Conley hit a breakaway dunk before the buzzer.
Muldrew finished with 34 points and Conley had 16 for Har-Ber, while Jayvn Williams led Bentonville with 15, followed by Ma’aiki Dauda with 11 and Owen Dehrmann with 10, including a three-pointer to give the Tigers a brief 50-49 lead with 3:34 remaining.
SPRINGDALE 65, ROGERS HERITAGE 43
The Bulldogs outscored the War Eagles 24-5 in the third quarter to expand a 24-22 halftime lead and cruise to a 6A-West Conference win. Cy Bates led a balanced scoring attack with 14 points for Springdale (107, 3-1 6A-West).
Jarvis Palmer added 13, Brylan Sims 12 and Steven Totson chipped in 10 for the Bulldogs. Ben Manuel led Heritage with a game-high 15 and Jordan Dipley added 13.
GIRLS SPRINGDALE 59, ROGERS HERITAGE 38
The Bulldogs jumped to a 20-8 lead after a quarter and went on to the 6A-West Conference win on Tuesday.
Charleen Hudson finished with a game-high 18 points for Springdale (12-2, 3-0 6A-West). Aubri Wilson added 11 and Kaiya McCoy 10. Mya Doucoure and Sophie Sarratt led Heritage (611, 0-3) with 10 points each.
FAYETTEVILLE 65, BENTONVILLE WEST 46
Fayetteville outscored Bentonville West 26-8 in the second quarter to defeat the Lady Wolverines.
Freshman Syniah Coachman scored 12 of her 21 points in the second quarter to lead Fayetteville (12-6, 2-1). Maiesha Washington, Mariyah Moss and Whitney Brown each added 10 points for Fayetteville, while Regan Crusinberry scored 13 to lead West (8-9, 0-4).
Coachman led the Fayetteville surge in the second quarter after Crusinberry scored 11 of West’s 13 points in the first quarter. Coachman scored nine consecutive points to give Fayetteville a 26-18 lead. Coachman and Washington added two more baskets before Whitney Brown ended the first half with a three-pointer to put Fayetteville ahead 37-21.
FS NORTHSIDE 60, FS SOUTHSIDE 28
The Lady Bears (16-3, 4-1) bolted out to a 40-10 halftime lead in winning its 27th straight game against the Mavericks (2-16, 1-4). Erianna Gooden scored 11 of her game-high 18 points in the first quarter as the Lady Bears jumped out to a 24-7 lead.
Hazley Grotjohn contributed 13 points for the Lady Bears. Peyton Yaffe had eight points to lead Southside.
