Manager was informed of observed actions. Several minutes went by before the same employee cracked several more raw shell eggs and then proceeded to place a pinch of readyto-eat shredded cheese on customer’s plate. A plastic container of waffle batter stored in the food preparatio­n area had an internal temperatur­e of 69 degrees.
