age 74, of Bella Vista died Saturday, March 30, 2024 at the V.A. Hospital located in Fayettevil­le. He was born November 27, 1949 in Crossett, Ark. the son of Helen Ashcroft and Harvey Louis Fleming. He served in the U.S. Navy from 1968-1971 and the U.S. Army from 1972-1975 and 1979-1985. He worked in Law Enforcemen­t for many years with the Benton County Sheriff’s Office. After serving with the Sheriff’s Office was joined Walmart for 19 years as a Loss Prevention Management.

He enjoyed spending quality time with his family especially time with his grandchild­ren, camping, four wheeling, making canes, paracord projects, and watching Old Western Movies. He moved to Northwest Arkansas January 28, 1986, after moving from Fort Campbell.

He was preceded in death by his parents, and three siblings; Doyle Fleming, Dorothy Pratt, and Tom Fleming.

Allen is survived by his wife of 37 years; Renitta Fleming, one son; Dustin Wiens and his wife Jennifer, of Rogers, one daughter; Destinie Wiens, of Rogers, and seven grandchild­ren; Wesley Wiens, Justin Robert Peasley, Madilyn Wiens, Rhett Wiens, Lauren Peasley, Carter Wiens, and Breonna Peasley.

Inurnment will be Thursday at 12:30 at National Cemetery located in Fayettevil­le. Full Military honors will be provided by the Northwest Arkansas Honor Guard of Rogers.

A celebratio­n of Allen’s life will be Thursday at 2 p.m. at New Life Fellowship located in Pea Ridge with Pastor Gary Ryals officiatin­g.
