Lake Lookout Drowning

The 18 year old drowning victim has been identified as Zimera Smith of Hickory. Smith attended Hickory High School. Smith’s next of kin has been notified and we have coordinated with Hickory High School on the release of this information.

An investigation into this incident is continuing.
