THE SOUTH ATLANTIC CONFERENCE ANNOUNCES BASEBALL CHAMPIONSHIP MVP AND ALL-TOURNAMENT TEAM

ROCK HILL, S.C. (TheSAC.com)–Lenoir-Rhyne’s

Luis Atiles was tabbed the 2022 SAC Baseball Championship MVP, the Conference announced on Wednesday. The top four teams in the SAC Championship head coaches also selected a 15-member AllTournament Team

Atiles, a graduate student from Boston, Mass., batted .450 for the tournament with four runs scored, eight RBIs, and a .500 on-base percentage.

Lenoir-Rhyne led the way with seven players on the All-Tournament Team, followed by Wingate with four players on the squad. Newberry and Catawba rounded out the All-Tournament team with two players each.
