Peter C. Pappas

Peter Christopher Pappas, 61, passed away suddenly from heart failure on December 26, 2018 in Orlando, Florida. Born on July 21, 1957 in Brooklyn, New York to Thomas and Linda Pappas, he is survived by his wife, Julie; brothers John and Tommy (Janet); mother in law Ellen Daniel (Dave), Father in law Lance Willingham, Sr. (Diane) and brother in law Lance Willingham, Jr. (Diane), nieces (Jessica Pappas, Lainey Willingham) and nephews (Kyle Pappas and Ryan Willingham) and his beloved Havanese puppies, Bella and Baxter. Peter was a Certified Public Accountant and tax attorney for more than 35 years with offices in Orlando and Tampa. He was a member of the Orange County Bar, Florida Bar, American Association of Attorney – CPA’, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the American Bar Association. He was the author of the respected and often quoted The Tax Lawyer’s Blog as well as related articles featured in local publications and nationally in Forbes.

Peter was a devoted son, a loving husband, a supportive brother, a steadfast friend, an encouraging uncle, a trusted counselor and a doting daddy to his dogs. A private celebration of the life of Peter C. Pappas is being planned.
