We have all worked that nerve one time or another and looked for ways to calm down. That stressful feeling could have been triggered from work or home life. Having a bad day at work sometimes spills over into the evening making our “relaxation time” anything but relaxing and family time even more stressful. As parents or head of households, we take on our children’s problems and spouse’s issues. We even deal with our pets training problems after a long stressful day. What are we to do?
