CALLING FOR CHANGE
Trayvon Martin’s father, Tracy Martin, his mother, Sybrina Fulton, and his brother, Jahvaris Fulton, address the crowd Saturday during a peace walk at Ives Estate Park in Miami on what would have been Trayvon’s 27th birthday. It has been 10 years since the unarmed 17-year-old was shot and killed. Trayvon’s family, activists and the community continue to call for change and peace as the nation faces issues surrounding stand your ground laws and the unjustified killings of unarmed Black men.
