A 24-year-old Kissimmee woman died after she was run over multiple times in an Orange County crash Saturday morning, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.

The woman, driving a 2019 Kia Forte, traveled west on Interstate 4 near Mile Marker 71 around 3:20 a.m. when she lost control of her vehicle and struck the inside guardrail, traveled right and hit the outside guardrail, hit the inside guardrail again and overturned into the eastbound lanes, said Lt. She was ejected into the travel lanes where two vehicles ran her over, according to the report.

A 19-year-old passenger, who was also ejected from the vehicle, was transported in serious condition at Orlando Health, Montes said.

The drivers of the vehicles that could not avoid the woman, a 30-year-old man from Kissimmee driving a pickup truck and a 39-year-old Altamonte Springs woman driving a van, suffered no injuries.

No names were released immediately. This crash remains under investigation.
