Deadline extended for Top Workplaces award nominations

There is still time to nominate your business or organization for the Orlando Sentinel’s annual Top Workplaces program.

The deadline for applications has been extended to April 29.

The annual award program seeks to find the best places to work in Orlando and Central Florida, based on a survey of employees.

Any company, nonprofit, public organization or government agency with 35 or more employees may participate.

To date, more than 200 companies in Central Florida have signed up to participate in 2022 Top Workplaces program.

Companies owners, organization leaders or workers may nominate themselves. The process involves in a short survey of employees, which is rated against similar sized companies or agencies. Winners will be announced this fall.

The Orlando Sentinel Media Group is partnering with Energage, a company near Philadelphia that conducts Top Workplaces surveys for 61 markets.

In Central Florida, the 2021 Top Workplaces program involved more than 120 companies and more than 27,000 employees who responded to the survey.
