US can’t fix all world’s problems
In the May 20 National Viewpoint op/ed (“Cuban exodus leads to Biden’s ill-timed policy decision”), Fabiola Santiago expressed disillusion with Presidents Obama, Trump, and Biden’s inability to correct the “problems” in Cuba. Immigrants have helped make America great, but the United States cannot, and should not be expected to, right the “wrongs” in all the countries they left behind — problems they could not resolve by leaving their former countries.
