GREENPOINTE WELCOMES BRUCE NOBLE AS DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR Supporting company’s expansion in Florida’s West Coast
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (May 3, 2022) – GreenPointe Developers, LLC proudly announces Bruce Noble has joined the firm as Development Director for Florida’s West Coast. In his new role, Noble is leading and overseeing all phases of permitting, development and construction of the company’s current projects and future expansion efforts in Hernando, Manatee, Charlotte, Lee and Collier counties, and the Sarasota, Tampa, Lakeland and Orlando areas.
“Bruce has extensive experience managing a wide range of successful residential and commercial developments from conception to completion,” said GreenPointe Developers Regional President Jim McGowan. “We are looking forward to utilizing his experience, knowledge, strong leadership skills and team approach to support our growth and expansion throughout the West Florida market.”
Noble brings more than 30 years of project management, construction management and civil design experience in the West Coast of Florida to GreenPointe and has strong knowledge of the market. His employment experience includes working in land development for national homebuilders and commercial developers, handling all due diligence tasks for land development site evaluations and managing multiple teams during project design, development and construction phases.
Noble earned a bachelor’s degree in engineering from the Florida Institute of Technology. He is an active member of the Tampa Bay Builders Association.
