Postseason food in full swing

- By Judy Padilla Staff Writer

With postseason baseball in full swing and a few teams left as we inch closer to the World Series, let’s see what they’re chewing on at the ballparks: At Kauffman stadium in Kansas City fans can try pulled pork mac n’ jack sausage, or Royal bacon blue fries. At Wrigley Field Cubs fans can try the Decade Dog, footlong dogs featured for each decade the field has existed. At Rogers Centre in Toronto, fans can try the poutines, various wraps, or a beef brisket pretzel sandwich. And at Citi Field, get yourself S’mores-dipped bacon or short rib grilled cheese. Isn’t baseball great?

Now let’s see what our super sleuths have been up to this week:

Found

Celeste points out that the missing cinnamon baking chips are probably a seasonal item and may be available soon. In the meantime, she suggests asking your local Publix manager or customer service to see if they will special order.

Lost

George is trying to find Applegate uncured bacon. Have you seen it?

Jennifer is looking for Progresso Macaroni & Bean soup.

Sheila is hoping someone can tell her where to find a large jar of Tone’s Rosemary & Garlic Seasoning blend. The Longwood or Lake Mary area would be perfect.
