Doggie Derby: The ninth annual Doggie Derby will benefit Brightside Events’ Stock the Pantry program, which provides nonperishable food during school breaks to needy students at Audubon Park Elementary and Glenridge Middle School. The derby features races between dogs of similar size. Trophies will be awarded to the champion of each weight class and there will be an overall winner. Registration is $15 per dog in advance or $25 day of race.
