Man found dead in Altamonte Springs

A man was found shot and killed across the street from the Seminole State College Altamonte Springs campus Saturday, police said. Altamonte Springs Lt. Robert Pelton said that the man was found dead shortly after 9 p.m. in a parking lot along the 600 block of Coral Glen Loop. The area is made up of apartment buildings with parking spaces along the street. The identity of the man has not been released.
