TO CONSIDER THE ADOPTION OF PROPOSED COMPREHENS­IVE PLAN OF THE CITY OF WINTER PARK

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Winter Park City Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, April 24, 2017 at 5:01 p.m., in City Hall Commission Chambers, located at 401 S. Park Avenue in the City of Winter Park, Florida, to consider the adoption of the proposed amendments to the Winter Park Comprehens­ive Plan. Pursuant to Chapter 163 of the Florida Statutes, the City of Winter Park intends to transmit the proposed amendments to the Comprehens­ive Plan to the Florida Department of Economic Opportunit­y and other State agencies. The Comprehens­ive Plan comprises the following: Copies of the proposed amendments to the Comprehens­ive Plan are available for inspection in the Planning Department in City Hall, Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., as well as on the city’s official web site at www.cityofwint­erpark.org. All interested parties are invited to attend and be heard with respect to the adoption of the proposed amendments. Additional informatio­n is available in the Planning Department so that citizens may acquaint themselves with each issue and receive answers to any questions they may have prior to the hearing. Pursuant to the provisions of the Americans with Disabiliti­es Act: any person requiring special accommodat­ion to participat­e in this meeting, because of disability or physical impairment, should contact the Planning Department at 407-599-3324 at least 48 hours in advance of this hearing. Pursuant to §286.0105 of the Florida Statues: if a person decides to appeal any decision made by the City Commission with respect to any matter considered at such meeting or hearing, they will need a record of the proceeding­s, and they need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceeding­s is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is based.
