TO CONSIDER THE ADOPTION OF PROPOSED COMPREHENSIVE PLAN OF THE CITY OF WINTER PARK

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Winter Park City Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, April 24, 2017 at 5:01 p.m., in City Hall Commission Chambers, located at 401 S. Park Avenue in the City of Winter Park, Florida, to consider the adoption of the proposed amendments to the Winter Park Comprehensive Plan. Pursuant to Chapter 163 of the Florida Statutes, the City of Winter Park intends to transmit the proposed amendments to the Comprehensive Plan to the Florida Department of Economic Opportunity and other State agencies. The Comprehensive Plan comprises the following: Copies of the proposed amendments to the Comprehensive Plan are available for inspection in the Planning Department in City Hall, Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., as well as on the city’s official web site at www.cityofwinterpark.org. All interested parties are invited to attend and be heard with respect to the adoption of the proposed amendments. Additional information is available in the Planning Department so that citizens may acquaint themselves with each issue and receive answers to any questions they may have prior to the hearing. Pursuant to §286.0105 of the Florida Statues: if a person decides to appeal any decision made by the City Commission with respect to any matter considered at such meeting or hearing, they will need a record of the proceedings, and they need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is based.
