Win a Disney World wedding in front of Beast’s castle
Lucky-in-love types may want to register in a contest with a prize that’s worthy of a Disney princess. The winner lands a wedding in front of Beast’s castle — aka Be Our Guest restaurant — inside Magic Kingdom theme park. The giveaway will benefit Give Kids the World Village, a charity in Kissimmee.
The wedding would be held after regular operating hours in the park and be followed by a reception inside the restaurant inspired by scenes from the Disney film “Beauty and the Beast.” It will be the first such event inside the eatery, according to contest organizers. Up to 50 guests can be invited to the reception.
If the winner, selected by random, is not getting married, he or she can gift the prize to someone else. The occasion can also be used as a vow-renewal ceremony.
Other elements of the prize include a honeymoon at Walt Disney World, complete with six-day park tickets; a Disney Fairy Tale Weddings planner to help with details; a pre-reception at Gaston’s Tavern; a Disney gift card worth $500; a photo session in front of Cinderella Castle; and airfare into Orlando International Airport.

The deadline to enter is 3 a.m. on Dec. 19; the winner will be announced, according to contest rules, on or around Jan. 7.
The fine print notes that March 5, 2019, is being held as the date for the wedding or vow-renewal event, but alternate date may be picked for a Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday between Jan. 3 and Dec. 13, 2019, subject to availability. (Holidays, special-event nights and other blockout dates apply.)
