(Rosen Shingle Creek, 9939 Universal Blvd., Orlando): Enjoy a Christmas buffet of roasted turkey, herb and garlic-crusted prime rib, pecanand-dill crusted salmon, and unlimited mimosas and champagne for guests 21 years and older. The meal is $69.95 per adult, plus tax and service charge; $29.95 plus tax and service charge for children ages 4-11. Children 3 and younger eat free. Florida residents enjoy a 25 percent discount. (649 Front St., Celebration): Columbia Restaurant’s entire menu along with lechon asado (roast pork) and roast turkey (both $22.95 each). Make a reservation on OpenTable.com.

(9150 International Dr., Orlando): This steakhouse will feature a special Christmas Day menu that includes dishes such as Chilean sea bass, Alaskan crab legs and, of course, steaks. It will be open from 3-8 p.m. on Dec. 25. Make a reservation at delfriscos.com/reservation/.

(Reunion Resort, 7593 Gathering Dr., Kissimmee): Menu features seasonal specials including Winter Fig Salad, Prime Rib, Pan Seared Sea Bass and more. Pricing from $11-$46. Reservations recommended.

(1500 Epcot Resorts Blvd., Lake Buena Vista): On Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, a breakfast buffet will be served between 6:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. for $27.99 for adults and $18.99 for kids.
