(Rosen Shingle Creek, 9939 Universal Blvd., Orlando): Enjoy a Christmas buffet of roasted turkey, herb and garlic-crusted prime rib, pecanand-dill crusted salmon, and unlimited mimosas and champagne for guests 21 years and older. The meal is $69.95 per adult, plus tax and service charge; $29.95 plus tax and service charge for children ages 4-11. Children 3 and younger eat free. Florida residents enjoy a 25 percent discount.
