Florida Film Festival: 3 things to do

- By Trevor Fraser Orlando Sentinel Entertainment Reporter

Monday might mean you have to go back to work, but the fun doesn’t stop at the Florida Film Festival. Let your imagination take flight with some international stories and tastes. Here are three things to put on your calendar for April 15:

Sip and Savor: Cocktail Tastings: Need a drink? The mixologists who keep the film festival humming (note: stop humming during the films) will offer samples of new concoctions they’ve whipped up. 6-8 p.m., Enzian’s Eden Bar, free

International Animated Shorts: Animation tends to be where the truly creative (read: weird) stories come to life. This selection includes the titles “Caterpillar plasty” and “Cocoon, Cocoon,” so transformations are on tap. Others include stories told in beach sand and through hand-painted selfies. 6:30 p.m., Enzian, 93 minutes, $12

Campesino: What would you risk for the perfect picture? In this documentary, skycap Carl Oelerich travels illegally back and forth to Cuba to take photos of the sustainable farmers and their lives. For the first time, Oelerich brings his wife and children to come see the world he’s fallen in love with. 8:30 p.m., Regal Winter Park Village, 88 minutes, $12
