The restaurant is undergoing repairs after the early Tuesday morning blaze that damaged the interior and ceiling.

Beefy King owner Roland Smith previously said he hoped to be open Monday but more time was needed to properly restock.

“There is still quite a bit to finish and our inventory was completely disposed of, sadly,” the restaurant wrote in an Instagram its roast beef sandwiches.

The suspected arsonist, 36-year-old Orlando resident John Huff, remained in Orange County jail Sunday and faces charges of second degree arson and criminal mischief.

According to an arrest report, Huff admitted to authorities that he started the fire but did not give a reason.
