The non­profit onePULSE Foun­da­tion — es­tab­lished to honor the 49 peo­ple killed, the 68 se­ri­ously wounded and the dozens of res­cuers — has now raised $18 mil­lion to­ward build­ing the mu­seum and memo­rial and es­tab­lish­ing 49 an­nual schol­ar­ships, each in a field re­lated to the in­ter­ests, ca­reers or as­pi­ra­tions of one of the vic­tims.
