Over at HumbleBundle.com, you can snag more than two dozen ebooks for only $15. Not only that, but you can also direct that money to help support public libraries.
The website was created to raise charity funds while selling electronic goods, such as books, games and software.
Through Dec. 31, they are featuring the Brain Wave 2, which features more than $480 worth of nonfiction ebooks on topics from the origin of Chuck Taylor sneakers to medieval combat to getting a stronger brain. Titles include Neil Gaiman’s “Don’t Panic” and “How to Prosper in the Coming Apocalypse” by Richard Curtis.
The deal is unlocked in levels. Pay $1 for the first eight books, pay $8 for 16 or pay $15 or more for all 28. Then you choose how that money gets divided between Humble, publisher Open Road Media and charity EveryLibrary.
