■ 49ers 26, Sea­hawks 21: In a show­down for the NFC West ti­tle, the vis­it­ing 49ers stopped the Sea­hawks on 4th-and-goal from the 5 with less than 10 sec­onds left to hold on for the road win, claim the di­vi­sion crown and se­cure the No. 1 seed in the NFC play­offs.

■ Ti­tans 35, Tex­ans 14: Der­rick Henry ran for a sea­son-high 211 yards and three TDs to help the Ti­tans clinch the fi­nal spot in the AFC play­offs with the win over the AFC South cham­pion Tex­ans, who rested QB De­shaun Wat­son and sev­eral other reg­u­lars. Ryan Tan­nehill threw for 198 yards and two TDs for the Ti­tans. He will make his play­off de­but in his eighth sea­son. It was the Ti­tans’ first in Hous­ton since Jan. 1, 2012.

■ Dol­phins 27, Pa­tri­ots 24: Ryan Fitz­patrick tossed a 5-yard TD pass to TE Mike Gesicki with 24 sec­onds left to lift the Dol­phins to the up­set on the road, knock­ing the de­fend­ing Su­per Bowl champs out of the No. 2 seed in the AFC. The Pats will play on the open­ing week­end of the post­sea­son for the first time since ’09.

■ Chiefs 31, Charg­ers 21: Mecole Hard­man re­turned a kick­off 104 yards for a TD, Damien Wil­liams took a hand­off 84 yards for an­other score and the host Chiefs se­cured the AFC’s No. 2 play­off seed and a first-round bye.

■ Pack­ers 23, Li­ons 20: Ma­son Crosby kicked a 33-yard FG as time ex­pired, giving the Pack­ers the come­back win on the road and a first-round bye in the NFC play­offs.

■ Saints 42, Pan­thers 10: Drew Brees threw for 253 yards and three TDs, Alvin Ka­mara ran for two scores and the play­off-bound Saints handed the host Pan­thers their eighth straight loss. Pan­thers RB Chris­tian McCaf­frey joined Roger Craig and Hall of Famer Mar­shall Faulk as the only play­ers in NFL his­tory to record 1,000 yards rush­ing and 1,000 yards re­ceiv­ing in the same sea­son.

■ Cow­boys 47, Red­skins 16: Dak Prescott threw four TD passes in a win ren­dered mean­ing­less when the host Cow­boys were elim­i­nated from the play­offs by the Ea­gles’ NFC East ti­tle-clinch­ing win.

■ Ravens 28, Steel­ers 10: De­spite rest­ing QB La­mar Jack­son and many key reg­u­lars, the NFL-lead­ing and host Ravens se­cured their 12th straight win.

■ Bears 21, Vik­ings 19: Eddy Pineiro made a 22-yard FG with 10 sec­onds left to lead the vis­it­ing Bears past the play­off­bound Vik­ings, who rested many of their reg­u­lars.

■ Fal­cons 28, Bucs 22: Deion Jones in­ter­cepted Bucs QB Jameis Win­ston on the first play of OT and re­turned the ball 28 yards for a TD to lift the Fal­cons on the road. Win­ston be­came the first QB in NFL his­tory to throw for 30 TDs and 30 INTs in the same sea­son.

■ Jets 13, Bills 6: Sam Darnold hit Jami­son Crow­der for a 1-yard TD pass in the fourth quar­ter to lead the vis­it­ing Jets past the play­off-bound Bills, who rested many reg­u­lars.

■ Bron­cos 16, Raiders 15: Shelby Har­ris knocked down Derek Carr’s 2-point pass to Hunter Ren­frow with 7 sec­onds left to pre­serve the home win for the Bron­cos.

■ Ben­gals 33, Browns 23: Andy Dalton threw for a TD and ran for an­other score to lead the host Ben­gals, who matched the worst record in their 52-year his­tory at 2-14. They will have the No. 1 pick in the draft.

■ Rams 31, Car­di­nals 24: Jared Goff tossed three TD passes as the Rams bid farewell to the Los Angeles Coli­seum.

■ Jaguars 38, Colts 20: Rookie QB Gard­ner Min­shew threw for 295 yards and three scores for the host Jags.
