■ 49ers 26, Seahawks 21: In a showdown for the NFC West title, the visiting 49ers stopped the Seahawks on 4th-and-goal from the 5 with less than 10 seconds left to hold on for the road win, claim the division crown and secure the No. 1 seed in the NFC playoffs.
■ Titans 35, Texans 14: Derrick Henry ran for a season-high 211 yards and three TDs to help the Titans clinch the final spot in the AFC playoffs with the win over the AFC South champion Texans, who rested QB Deshaun Watson and several other regulars. Ryan Tannehill threw for 198 yards and two TDs for the Titans. He will make his playoff debut in his eighth season. It was the Titans’ first in Houston since Jan. 1, 2012.
■ Dolphins 27, Patriots 24: Ryan Fitzpatrick tossed a 5-yard TD pass to TE Mike Gesicki with 24 seconds left to lift the Dolphins to the upset on the road, knocking the defending Super Bowl champs out of the No. 2 seed in the AFC. The Pats will play on the opening weekend of the postseason for the first time since ’09.
■ Chiefs 31, Chargers 21: Mecole Hardman returned a kickoff 104 yards for a TD, Damien Williams took a handoff 84 yards for another score and the host Chiefs secured the AFC’s No. 2 playoff seed and a first-round bye.
■ Packers 23, Lions 20: Mason Crosby kicked a 33-yard FG as time expired, giving the Packers the comeback win on the road and a first-round bye in the NFC playoffs.
■ Saints 42, Panthers 10: Drew Brees threw for 253 yards and three TDs, Alvin Kamara ran for two scores and the playoff-bound Saints handed the host Panthers their eighth straight loss. Panthers RB Christian McCaffrey joined Roger Craig and Hall of Famer Marshall Faulk as the only players in NFL history to record 1,000 yards rushing and 1,000 yards receiving in the same season.
■ Cowboys 47, Redskins 16: Dak Prescott threw four TD passes in a win rendered meaningless when the host Cowboys were eliminated from the playoffs by the Eagles’ NFC East title-clinching win.
■ Ravens 28, Steelers 10: Despite resting QB Lamar Jackson and many key regulars, the NFL-leading and host Ravens secured their 12th straight win.
■ Bears 21, Vikings 19: Eddy Pineiro made a 22-yard FG with 10 seconds left to lead the visiting Bears past the playoffbound Vikings, who rested many of their regulars.
■ Falcons 28, Bucs 22: Deion Jones intercepted Bucs QB Jameis Winston on the first play of OT and returned the ball 28 yards for a TD to lift the Falcons on the road. Winston became the first QB in NFL history to throw for 30 TDs and 30 INTs in the same season.
■ Jets 13, Bills 6: Sam Darnold hit Jamison Crowder for a 1-yard TD pass in the fourth quarter to lead the visiting Jets past the playoff-bound Bills, who rested many regulars.
■ Broncos 16, Raiders 15: Shelby Harris knocked down Derek Carr’s 2-point pass to Hunter Renfrow with 7 seconds left to preserve the home win for the Broncos.
■ Bengals 33, Browns 23: Andy Dalton threw for a TD and ran for another score to lead the host Bengals, who matched the worst record in their 52-year history at 2-14. They will have the No. 1 pick in the draft.
■ Rams 31, Cardinals 24: Jared Goff tossed three TD passes as the Rams bid farewell to the Los Angeles Coliseum.
■ Jaguars 38, Colts 20: Rookie QB Gardner Minshew threw for 295 yards and three scores for the host Jags.
