The California Grill at Disney’s Contemporary Resort has long been lauded for its creative offerings and if my previous experience with vegan doughnuts is any kind of indicator, this new dessert should prove a popular pick for everyone who visits, not just those for whom plant-based eating is the norm.
These are the Plant-based Lavender Donuts ($14), served with blueberry gin jam and pistachio crumble atop blueberry “Faux-Yo” frozen yogurt.
Honestly? Between the doughnuts and the yogurt, I’m feeling like this is a viable selection for breakfast, aren’t you?
