Driver in red-light fatal crash arrested

A 20-year-old St. Cloud man who police said recorded a Snapchat video of himself driving through a red light moments before crashing into another vehicle turned himself in on Thursday, Osceola County court records show.

The St. Cloud Police Department obtained a warrant for Hunter Black’s arrest, accusing him of two counts of vehicular homicide and driving with a suspended license after the Oct. 26 crash killed Alys González, 41, and her 15-year-old son, Aliandro Conde.
