Get ready for a doughnut free-for-all. No, really.

National Doughnut Day is Friday, but Krispy Kreme has already started celebrating. Beginning Monday, June 1, stop by participating locations and get a free doughnut of your choice once a day. No purchase is necessary, though if you buy more doughnuts, the free one will be the cheapest one.

Dunkin’ Donuts is also getting in on the action early with a contest for a free year’s worth of doughnuts. To participate, come up with a potential slogan for a doughnut party, share it on Instagram with the tag #DunkinDonutPartySweepstakes and you’ll be entered to win one of six prizes of doughnuts for a year.

Customers can also get a free classic doughnut on Friday at participating Dunkin’ locations. And Grubhub will add half a dozen doughnuts for free to any Dunkin’ order over $10 Saturday-Sunday.
