The Exercise Coach is open 6 a.m.-8 p.m. Monday-Thursday, 6 a.m.-6 p.m. Fridays, 7 a.m.-1 p.m. Saturdays and closed Sundays at 809 Rinehart Road in Lake Mary. Appointments are required.
