On NASCAR finding a rope tied like a noose in Bubba Wallace’s garage:
Mike, you could point out that Bubba, NASCAR and the media went overboard because they didn’t do any due diligence on the difference between a noose and a garage-door closer. Something so important should have been vetted first.

Ralph, what was Bubba and NASCAR supposed to do and think? Of all the garages at every NASCAR track across the country, the only noose is found in the garage of the only Black driver on the circuit just two weeks after that driver led the charge to have NASCAR ban Confederate flags from its tracks. And, by the way, who ties a garage door pull-down rope in the form of a noose? It’s a garage door pull-down rope, for crying out loud. Can’t you just tie a regular ol’ knot at the end of it? And, considering the noose has been hanging there since October and nobody thought anything of it, isn’t that a sign that maybe the sport needs some additional sensitivity training?
