Corporate racism reaction goes too far

In a frantic effort to outdo each other in wokeness, many companies seem to have lost their collective minds. L’Oreal is banning the word “whitening” from its products and advertisin­g. What next? No White-Out available?

The sad thing is that these decisions trivialize and take attention from what’s really important: to address actual issues of racism in our society and how to constructi­vely do better in the future.
