Homebound residents should call the county’s Citizen’s Information Line at (407) 665-0000 to request an in-home vaccination visit. The request will be screened for eligibility, with paramedics scheduling in-home visits.
Homebound veterans who served in WW2 or the Korean War can put in a request for an in-home visit through the Florida Department of Veterans’ Affairs. required through the state vaccine portal or by calling or call 866-201-6507. Residents will be contacted by the county’s vendor to schedule their first dose appointment; the Health Department will schedule the second dose. Residents age 16 and 17 can make an appointment to be vaccinated here but must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Vary, based on appointments.
