“Breaking Bad” actors Bryan Cranston and Aaron Paul stopped by Bar Louie’s Gateway location this week for a quick visit to showcase their Dos Hombres brand of mezcal as part of several promotional appearances in the Central Florida area this week.

The duo spent just under an hour meeting fans, autographing Dos Hombres bottles and serving up free samples of their Method to the Madness Mule cocktail, which was created by Paul and Cranston and is made with Sauza Hacienda Silver, Dos Hombres mezcal, guava, lime and Fever-Tree Ginger Beer.

As you might expect when a couple of celebrities come to a small local establishment, things got a little crazy inside the bar when Paul and Cranston entered the venue, with eager fans rushing the bar area and asking for selfies, autographs and more. The venue also quickly sold out of the Dos Hombres bottles that the pair were signing, which led to some disappointment, especially as many eager fans had been waiting hours outside to get inside the packed venue.

Cranston and Paul stayed mostly behind the bar, and which helped to keep crowds under control and lines moving, even though some fans were disappointed that they weren’t able to get their “Breaking Bad” items signed.

“First and foremost, I love Breaking Bad,” said Omar Elkalyoubie, an event planner at Give Kids the World Village, about why he stopped by the event. “Meeting [Cranston] is a big, big thing.”

Though Elkalyoubie wasn’t able to get his hands on one of the Dos Hombres bottles before they sold out, he said he was able to get Cranston to sign a copy of his autobiography, which Elkalyoubie brought to the event, despite the star mostly declining to sign other items that weren’t Dos Hombres bottles.

After about an hour, when all of the bottles were signed and the free drinks were drained, Cranston

and Paul made a quick exit from the still-packed venue. Though the visit was fairly brief, as the pair left out the back door, Paul shouted at fans who had gathered around the car they were leaving in, “We love Orlando!”
