Sure, some of you may be sick of the seasonal pumpkin spice onslaught, but there’s still a whole lot of “can’t get enough” out there to go around. For those in the latter camp, you’ve got a couple more weeks or so to get your hands on the goodies in this year’s roundup, plenty of time to try everything on this seasonally spicy roster. Bar Louie
Now through the end of November, you can do up seasonal happy hour, pumpkin spice-style, with Bar Louie’s Fall Spiced Old Fashioned ($11). Crafted with Maker’s Mark bourbon amid the warm embrace of pumpkin spice and orange bitters with an orange peel and cinnamon stick garnish, it’s a fall-forward take on a classic. Choulala
The fluffy, light texture of chef Stephanie Krupp’s airy pâte à choux is the ultimate shell for the decadent pumpkin pie pastry cream inside Choulala’s pumpkin pie choux cream puff. It’s also lovely, of course, covered in a crunchy craquelin with seasonal color. Pair it with a Pumpkin Spice Coffee Float for the perfect fall treat. Come Oct. 20, you can add their adorable jack-o-lantern and pumpkin macarons into the mix, available in the cases and by special order through November. Whether you’re looking for a seasonal breakfast, dessert or pick-me-up/ snack, Foxtail will cover those cravings with its pumpkin spice latte or pumpkin cold brew, especially when you grab a pumpkin muffin on the side. Behold the pumpkin spice crème brûlée doughnut ($5.50), a sumptuous offering featuring their signature 24-hour buttermilk brioche stuffed with pumpkin pie cream and hand-dipped in a crunchy, caramelized sugar coating. Now through Nov. 2, it’s available daily from 8 a.m. until sold out, which means it pays to arrive early or order ahead online. Pair it with the new pumpkin
cheesecake cold foam ($6.50), an iced blend of creamy pumpkin with hints of nutmeg, cinnamon and maple brown sugar with Onyx Monarch espresso and your milk of choice, topped with a cheesecake cold foam.

Just when you think you’ve got more pumpkin than you can handle, Kelly’s pulls out all the stops with its October featured flavor: Pumpkin Triple Treat, a trifecta of pumpkin, ginger snap and cheesecake ice cream. What happens when you’re feeling PSL but you want a little extra pow? Mixologists at Maria & Enzo’s call it the pumpkin
spice martini. Made with a blend of Stoli Elit vodka, Borghetti espresso liqueur, Faretti biscotti liqueur, pumpkin spice and black walnut bitters — froth and all — their intent is to leave Disney Springs guests feeling warm and fuzzy at first sip.

Metro Diner
Combining the twin powers of National Pumpkin Month and National Dessert Month, Metro Diner’s got three goodies on the menu. Their plate of pumpkin pancakes features two pumpkin-infused pancakes topped with cream cheese icing, candied pecans and cinnamon butter. The pumpkin waffle gets the same treatment. You can also forgo breakfast for dessert with the pumpkin bread pudding, drizzled with cream cheese icing and topped with candied pecans.

Peterbrooke Chocolatier of Winter Park
Chocolate. Never a bad idea, whether you’re gourding for a holiday party or just hoarding for yourself. This year, Peterbrooke Chocolatier of Winter Park’s limited edition pumpkin Oreo cream cheese truffles ($2.75 each) have an all-new look, but the adorable chocolate pumpkins, which come in white, milk or dark chocolate with a chocolate-covered popcorn stuffing ($30) are as cute as you remember from last year. Also available: pumpkin spiced almonds at $15 per halfpound.

The Salty Donut
Last is definitely not least. Guests at The Salty can enjoy specials, including the new pumpkin spice brown butter donut ($4) made within 24-hour brioche and pumpkin spiced glaze topped with brown butter crumble. Seasonal beverage specials ($6) include the pumpkin white mocha latte (pumpkin pie spices, Valrhona white chocolate, espresso and choice of milk) and the apple chai latte (apple and homemade chai spice syrup, black tea and choice of milk).
