Ticked off! @DWTS interruption

-

So many folks feel that they need to pay-it-forward when, for instance, their meal was paid for. Why not just accept and acknowledge the thoughtfulness and generosity of others instead?

I am beyond ticked off that they interrupted Dancing with the Stars for the SpaceX launch of Starlink satellites! They launch almost daily now! This is not something new or exciting! It is not news! They shrunk the view of DWTS to a tiny window where we could not see anything! Most of the time the stupid Starlink rocket was just a blurry fireball and not interesting, much less exciting! Anyone one who wants to watch the stupid launch can watch it on their phone or later on the newscast! It is not necessary to air it on TV, as it occurs all the time!

Forgive me for not having any sympathy for DISH network, and their inability to provide service to their subscribers for two local stations now. ABC has been out of their coverage for maybe a year now and now NBC is. For a company that netted $2.3 billion in 2022, it’s laughable that you are complaining about being gouged in pricing by Hearst. Time for a new provider.

I like to watch Christina, whatever her last name is this week, but does she need to sell me a new shower every 10 minutes on every station? Stop already.

The Bucs need to dump ugly orange colored uniforms and return to their traditional colors. Maybe they could win a few games.

No ABC or NBC if you have DISH network. But they still collect full monthly fee. Settle the dispute or more subscribers will have to look elsewhere!

The flip side

Thank you to the staff from Orange County Neighborhood Services who put on a very educational Community Conference where residents learned how county divisions such as Code Enforcement and the Environmental Protection Division can help make improvements in my neighborhood. I also learned that all I have to do to contact any county division is to dial 311. Looking forward to next year’s conference.
