Trump can do no right in some eyes

-

A chronic sufferer of Deranged Trump Syndrome penned another rant.

The writer claimed that President Trump: “has hijacked daily briefings of the Coronavirus platform.” (Trump would be criticized by the writer if Trump didn’t participate in the daily briefings.) Trump disseminated “Lies while shamelessly mangling grammar”; (The King’s English is a requirement for giving a briefing and taking questions from the press? Perhaps Obama’s off-the-teleprompter “uh’s” and halting utterances have been forgotten by the writer?) Employing lies himself, the writer declares that “Trump doesn’t care about the health of the American people” and that President Trump “wants to reopen the country for business by Easter with packed churches…”. (Trump never said that he would reopen business by Easter. He envisioned/wished that was possible.

Trump was one of the first heads of state to halt travelers arriving from China. (January

31). It was six weeks later that European countries got around to that. Trump subsequently halted incoming travelers from Europe; Europe finally followed suit in its own way. Trump has marshaled all branches of the government and parts of evil corporations to protect the health of our citizens. All all he gets from his detractors is complaining.

The writer concluded, “Regardless of his ineptness his supporters shower him with praise, extolling his virtue as a strong leader in the face of a crises. There’s a saying: “’Flattery Feeds Fools.’ Trump is well fed.”

Here’s another saying: “Any fool can criticize, complain, and condemn—and most fools do.”
