Biden’s ‘war’ an attack on pocketbooks

A liberal letter writer mentioned me by name (Feb. 25) criticizing me for calling out Biden’s fossil fuel policy as a reason for higher gas prices. I purposely left out the Saudi component to higher gas prices! My bad!

President Biden’s stated policy is to eliminate “greenhouse gases” by eliminating fossil fuels. His denial of an arms deal for the Saudis (thereby helping them fight their true enemies in the region, including Iran). Add his refusal to meet or call the younger crown prince (the man we all know will inherit when their king dies). Can you blame the Saudis for not increasing their production of fuel to help us out?

I’m not even going to add Russia is very pleased about his policies. Russia’s due to complete their pipeline to Europe soon. It will make Europe dependent on a Communist supplier. Too bad Trump’s plan to export natural gas to Europe would have given us and them a constant supply of clean energy.

Wasn’t American fuel “independence” the by-word for the Obama administration a few years back? Biden’s “war on fossil fuels” is the reason you’re going see $5 gas prices! Crude oil is now at $66 a barrel, not the $50 a barrel I wrote about just a week or two ago. Welcome to the “managed” downward spiral of America.

Until the world finds an alternative to fossil fuel, we’re stuck with it. America’s great inventors will find a way, it they’re left unfettered by big government.
