Putting vaccines in perspective
When I talk to kids, I ask them if they have ever heard of iron lungs. The answer is always No. Polio is an incurable disease. All babies are given anti-Polio vaccine mouth drops.
Science has led to it being eradicated worldwide, except for a few cases in some countries. A wonderful success story due to some very dedicated scientists and labs developing a vaccine.
