Many reasons for a ‘yes’ vote
Yes on Gavin Newsom.
Did Newsom as mayor of San Francisco, show contempt for California, and as an official act, defy the law of California at the time?
Yes. Yes, he did.
Did Newsom abuse his emergency powers, and give early release to 76,000 criminals (including 20,000 who had “life” sentences) from jail into your neighborhood, and others like it?
Sadly, Yes.
Did Newsom oversee a department that wasted tens of billions (with a B) of dollars by sending unemployment checks to prisoners, illegals, and people out of state?
Yes.
Did Newsom lock down the state with no scientific evidence at the cost of countless people who lost their jobs, and businesses that struggled or died?
Also, Yes.
Did Newsom show contempt for you and other Californians by closing restaurants and requiring masks, then within 24 hours having his lobbyist-paid lavish dinner at a mask-free, no-distancing, no-public-allowed restaurant?
(Pffffft) Yes.
Is California the mostly highly-taxed in the nation?
Yes. So instead of returning the state’s $80 billion surplus to taxpayers, did Newsom invite more of the nation’s homeless to move to California for the new, free, guaranteed income program?
Why, yes.
Does Gavin Newsom think Covid spreads at church, but not at “mostly peaceful” riots? At schools — but not San Francisco hair salons?
Yes.
Did Newsom show contempt for all of us by blocking any significant California Democrat from becoming a replacement candidate?
Yes.
So when asked if he should be recalled, you already know the answer: Yes.
