Hold councilor responsible for his comments

Sean Morgan has embarrassed the City of Chico by discussing confidential information related to the homeless encampment lawsuit. He should be held personally responsible for his actions and pay the potentially “significant monetary sanctions” deemed by the federal judge, not the City of Chico. Maybe he needs to be removed from the city council for this infraction, as well. His actions show that he does not take the homeless situation seriously and is using it politically to further divide Chico.
