Newsom fiddling as the state burns

So, the recall lost along party lines as predicted and Emperor Newsom is back at the fiddle while a third of the state burns down. Newsom’s most frequent message was if Larry Elder were elected mask requirements would be eliminated. Just “follow the science” Newsom’s supporters said.

If we really followed the science, most people would not need masks. There has not been any scientific study, outside of controlled environments, that prove masks prevent coronavirus infections. Masks were never required outdoors. Yet, on any given day you can find dozens of people anyplace wearing them outside. Newsom didn’t seem to need them for his lobbyist chums at the thousand dollar a plate French Laundry party. It’s just those sub-species out there that pay his taxes and salary that do.
