FELONY CRIMES GAP

According to the U.S. Department of Justice, the number of arrests in the U.S. has seen a 41% decline since 1998, a trend that is consistent among Blacks and Whites. In 2019, Blacks accounted for 26.4% of all arrests (2,667,010), and Whites accounted for 69.5% (7,014,550).
