2 lb salmon fil­lets ¼ cup honey 3 cloves gar­lic, minced 2 tbsp re­duced-sodium soy

sauce 1 tbsp sea­soned rice vine­gar 1 tbsp co­conut oil 1 tbsp freshly grated gin­ger 1 tsp Sriracha, op­tional freshly ground black pep­per,

to taste 2 green onions, thinly sliced pinch sesame seeds

DIREC­TIONS Pre­heat oven to 375 F. Line a bak­ing sheet with foil. In a small bowl, whisk to­gether honey, gar­lic, soy sauce, rice vine­gar, co­conut oil, gin­ger, Sriracha (if us­ing) and pep­per (to taste). Place salmon on pre­pared bak­ing sheet and fold up all 4 sides of foil to make a packet. Spoon honey mix­ture over salmon, then fold foil over­top of salmon and seal packet closed. Bake 15 to 20 min­utes, or un­til cooked through. Open foil and broil 2 to 3 min­utes, or un­til caramelized and slightly charred. Gar­nish with green onions and sesame seeds.
