I’ve never been a particularly athletic
person, and when I started OC4, my fitness level was terrible. My weight had gotten out of hand and so had my blood pressure. Once I began exercising and eating clean, my blood pressure dropped along with my weight. My doctor even reduced my medication three times! The workouts made me feel strong, confident and healthy, and I loved the Facebook group and the supportive women out there. For any older ladies reading this — it’s never too late to get fit!
