En­joy­ing the ‘SUN­SET UNIT’

Eric and Svet­lana Sil­ver­man bought their con­do­minium in Bel­laria on the South End in June 2015 with plans to use it as their home base af­ter Eric moved his busi­ness, Eastham Cap­i­tal, from Bos­ton to Boca Ra­ton.

“I was go­ing back and forth a lot. We needed a place that we could leave for pe­ri­ods of time when we were liv­ing in both places, and it worked great,” Eric Sil­ver­man says about Unit No. 301 in the north build­ing at 3000 S. Ocean Blvd.

Af­ter com­plet­ing a $500,000 ren­o­va­tion with Fine Line Con­struc­tion Con­trac­tors of West Palm Beach, the Sil­ver­mans moved in at the end of 2015, shut­tling back and forth with their dogs to the North­east.

The liv­ing room of the Bel­laria apart­ment owned by Eric and Svet­lana Sil­ver­man has been listed for sale, fur­nished, at $2.495 mil­lion by Brown Har­ris Stevens.

The Sil­ver­mans re­did the kitchen, putting in new cab­i­nets and quartz coun­ter­tops and back­splash, but keep­ing the pro­fes­sion­al­grade ap­pli­ances.

The ren­o­vated third-floor apart­ment has an open floor plan cen­teredon the liv­ing room, kitchen and din­ing area.
