Paradise Lutheran Church set to celebrate 75 years

The Paradise Lutheran Church is inviting the public to celebrate its 75 years in Paradise on Sunday.

According to the church, the celebration will begin with it worship service with Eucharist at 10:15 a.m., then at 11:30 a.m., there will be reception.

That will occur in The PLaCe fellowship hall, adjacent to the church and will include appetizers and celebratory beverages, along with a modest silent auction.

The church is located at 780 Luther Drive in Paradise. The church notes that in 2003 it began offering the firs free community meal program for everyone on the Ridge with its free lunch program. Fridays for Lunch provides delicious and healthy meals and camaraderie to people of all ages, lifestyles and abilities.
