NOW IS SUCH A MAGICAL TIME — we know things, or think we do, as intuition and illusion mingle closely together. But the fairies take our items, and tricksters play on our collective psyches. Our focus drifts and wanders. Since the last week of February, we’ve been swimming through a confusing if intuitive Neptunian fog, as first the sun, then Mercury, and now Venus approach a conjunction with Neptune.

Notice the irritable edges in the fog; this week they bring some sharper-thinking, debate- oriented aspects that help us work through the fog, but can also leave us arguing with no clear grasp of the facts. We can anxiously speed up when we lose something or feel insecure, but that will make it even more difficult to solve the problem. If we can take a deep breath and wait, our perception clears and the fairies replace lost items.

Underneath the sensitive fog, we revisit the big issues of use and abuse of power, and how we can improve this situation, as Jupiter trines Pluto. We may need some downtime this weekend and again toward the end of the week if we feel raw. If we don’t take time out to dream, meditate, or create, then life may slow us down anyway. Rest first, and work with more verve later.

Early next week, we need to think fast and with rigor as mental Mercury squares hard-working Saturn. This work can bring rewards in midweek and give us a fresh understanding or helpful tools to our situation.

FRIDAY, MARCH 11: This morning is edgy but positive, though headaches and impatience arise easily. We can cheerfully argue or proudly proclaim our disagreement as Mars semisquares Pluto. In the afternoon, try to take the edge off discomfort.

SATURDAY, MARCH 12: The mood is soft and a bit passive. A sense of vulnerability can encourage us to make others feel guilty if we aren’t getting our way, though we can be cozy and creative when we feel safe.

SUNDAY, MARCH 13: Humor covers up many minor problems, energy comes in spurts, and moments of connection help with labile moods. It is good to get out and about this morning. Tonight our feelings may be easily pricked and a sadness washes over us as Venus semisquares Pluto.

MONDAY, MARCH 14: Even though the energy is scattered, we have work to do. Stay in there and sort out problems with your heart and head. Be persistent. Don’t take other people’s tensions personally as Venus squares Mars. Practice compassion, not impatience, in loving relationships.

TUESDAY, MARCH 15: Our feelings are still changeable and opinions shift because of curiosity and fresh information, not coercion. We don’t want to be pushed and resent it if someone tries to play to our fears as thoughtful Mercury opposes Jupiter. Introversion and sensitivity increases tonight as the moon enters Cancer.

WEDNESDAY, MARCH 16: There is unsettling news early on as Mercury semi-sextiles Pluto, but tension eases midday. Share comfort, praise, and reassurances as the moon trines Venus and Neptune. Our private lives may have a calm moment, but the headlines could be interesting.

THURSDAY, MARCH 17: This morning brings turbulent moments as the moon opposes deep Pluto. Mood swings are likely. It is easy to sulk and blame others, but that doesn’t help. Let’s do our personal homework and take care of ourselves on this introverted day before we head into a busy weekend.
