The Short Order
It’s easy to drive past Pancho’s Gourmet To Go and not know what you’re missing, since this delicious little carry-out restaurant sits inside a gas station. It’s worth it to stop your vehicle and give it a try. Owner Frank “Pancho” Adelo, who opened the place in 1999, is on a mission to provide affordable and delicious comfort food, and there’s a lot to choose from here — for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and even large catered events. There’s no place to sit inside, so you’ll want to be prepared to eat in or near your car. Recommended: Big Big Breakfast Burrito, Brilliant Breakfast Enchilada.
